Refund policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Delivery
If delivery has been organised we will deliver to the recipients address, if no one answers the door we will call the number provided and the senders number. Once this attempt has been made with no answer and If there is no safe place to leave the cake we will bring it back to our bakery and the recipient will need to collect from us or pay for an Uber to re-deliver.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
