You asked and we have baked! We now have a traditional lemon tart on the menu- a classic dessert made from a buttery shortcrust pastry filled with a tangy, creamy lemon curd. The filling is made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, eggs, sugar, and butter and baked until thick and velvety. Our tart is great served chilled with a dusting of powdered sugar or topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream & berries. Perfect for any meal of the day!
