The Lygon Street of treats – Italy and Australia collide in a riot of espresso and coconut in the latest interpretation of our much-loved lamington. This time it’s two of our fluffy sponges soaked in an intoxicating rum and coffee syrup and bonded with espresso cream. A dusting of coffee and a coating of shredded coconut round it off perfectly.
