The start of summer doesn't have to mean the end of crumble. We've bypassed the unseasonal apple and paired our oaty, hazelnutty crumble with the first plums of the year in a comforting muffin. Studs of cream cheese are a sweet counterpart to the tangy plum, and the nuttiness of the crumble makes it perfect for any time of day.
