Chewy cookie or crunchy biscuit? As they say in the classics, why don't we have both? For the chewiness we’ve made a scrumptious oat cookie that’s closely related to the Anzac, with a hint of natural sweetness from dried apricot. We’ve given it a liberal sprinkling of chia and sesame for the perfect amount of crunch in every bite.
