Roasted Rhubarb & Orange Syrup Cake


We are firmly Team Rhubarb over here at Cremorne Street Bakers, and we won’t hear a word against the sturdy little stalk. With its exuberant dollop of frosting, this doused orange syrup cake is a visual celebration of all things pink, topped with roasted rhubarb and candied peel. It all comes together as a bright, light cake that immediately catches your eye and gets your mouth watering.

Ingredients: banana, brown sugar, SR flour, FR eggs, icing sugar, butter, cream cheese, oil, vanilla, yuzu, cinnamon
