Baked Rhubarb and Lemon Curd Tart


Rosy-red rhubarb is too pretty to bury inside a tart, so we give it pride of place atop a delicious citrus tart. It’s not just there for its looks, though, the trademark rhubarb tartness adding another dimension to the velvety lemon curd and the sweetness of our hand-rolled pastry.
