Orange and Rosewater Cake with Mascarpone Icing (GF)


Proof that gluten-free doesn’t have to mean flavour-free. This moist gluten-free orange cake is enhanced by the heady flavour of rosewater and is topped with mascarpone icing and candied peel.

Ingredients: Oranges, Free range eggs, sugar, ground almonds, cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon, rosewater, GF baking powder
